Grapho Print

Expertise

From artwork to finished product, the whole print chain

Design, prepress, offset printing, converting and finishing: we master every step in our workshops, for results we are proud of.

Our choice

Why we chose offset

There are many ways to print. We chose offset and packaging, and focused our investment on this craft: presses, converting, embellishment and training our teams.

Offset is the reference technique of professional printing. It prints the packaging, catalogues and labels of major brands. For you, that means higher quality and a better price as quantities grow.

Accurate colours

Four-colour process and Pantone spot colours: your logo colour is respected.

Identical from first to last

Every copy is the same, even across tens of thousands.

Every material

From thin leaflet paper to thick box board, including adhesive and kraft.

A falling unit price

The longer the run, the cheaper each copy.

Our workshops

Five crafts under one roof

Every project goes through these steps. Having them all in-house means better control of quality and lead times.

01

Design studio (DTP)

No artwork yet? Our studio creates or adapts your visuals, taking printing constraints into account from the start.

  • Logo and brand identity design
  • Packaging and label design
  • Catalogue and brochure layout
  • Adaptation of your existing files
02

Prepress

Before printing, we check every file to prevent defects: the invisible step that makes the quality.

  • File check: resolution, colours, bleed
  • Imposition to optimise paper use
  • Checking of texts and cutting plans
  • Offset plate preparation
03

Offset printing

Our Heidelberg offset presses print in four-colour process and spot colours, with colour control throughout the run.

  • CMYK process and Pantone spot colours
  • Continuous densitometric control
  • Thin papers, boards and adhesives
  • Medium and long runs
04

Converting

Converting turns a printed sheet into a finished product: a box, a catalogue, a label.

  • Die-cutting and creasing
  • Box folding and gluing
  • Saddle stitching, perfect binding, wire-o
  • Guillotine cutting, numbering, perforation
05

Embellishment

Finishes that make people want to touch: they turn decent packaging into memorable packaging.

  • Gold, silver, coloured or holographic hot foil
  • Spot UV and 3D varnish
  • Matt, gloss and soft-touch lamination
  • Embossing and debossing
